ORDERS can be accepted by telephone, facsimile, email, website or post and payment accepted by quoting Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, Maestro number, expiry date and security number.

PRICES quoted include V.A.T. at current rate. Goods will be invoiced at prices in force at the date of dispatch and will be subject to existing legislation.    V.A.T. is charged according to the rate ruling at the time of delivery.

ORDERS from customers for delivery inside and outside the U.K. are only acceptable on the basis of the full purchase price being paid in advance. In the event of such order being accepted the customer shall be responsible for the cost of packing, carriage and insurance to its place of delivery.

Positively no goods supplied on 'sale or return' or 'on approval' basis.

Lambsmead Limited retains title to all goods supplied until payment has been received in full.

Breakages must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of order and parcel retained for inspection by carriers.

Non-receipt or any discrepancy between invoice and advise note and goods received must be notified in writing within 3 days.
